At LIHS, learning is both rigorous and practical. Our programs are carefully designed to equip students with the technical expertise, personal discipline, and professional confidence required to excel in the Hospitality and Tourism industry

SAEP transforms passion into enterprise, helping women build confidence and launch meaningful ventures in hospitality and beyond.
The SAEP is a one-month intensive initiative designed to empower young women with secondary education through hands-on training in hospitality and entrepreneurship.
Core Objectives:
Beyond our academic programs, LIHS also offers a range of specialized services tailored to meet the needs of individuals and organizations within the hospitality sector.
At LIHS, we don’t just train students—we also support businesses and individuals by providing expertise, talent, and training that raise the standards of hospitality wherever it is practiced.

Students live in single rooms within a safe and nurturing environment designed to encourage focus, discipline, and independence. The residential setting also promotes camaraderie, with shared meals, community activities, and structured routines that help students build lifelong friendships and habits of responsibility.

LIHS offers a fully residential experience that goes beyond academics to foster personal growth, character formation, and community living. With small student numbers, every young woman receives close attention, guidance, and support throughout her time at the Institute.

Students train in industry-standard facilities that replicate real-life hospitality environments, giving them hands-on practice every day. These include:
These facilities ensure that students graduate not only with theoretical knowledge but also with confidence and competence in performing hospitality tasks to professional standards.

LIHS balances academic rigor with a vibrant community life. Students take part in clubs, barbecues, and movie nights, which provide healthy recreation and opportunities to bond. Faith formation is also central to life at LIHS, with daily Mass and doctrine classes available to those who wish to participate, supporting both spiritual growth and personal reflection.

Students gain unique exposure to the hospitality industry from the start. LIHS is the official caterer for Lagoon School, managing meals for staff, students, and guests. This partnership provides daily, hands-on training in large-scale food service operations

In addition, as a graduation requirement, every student completes a six-month Industrial Placement in reputable hospitality establishments. To ensure comprehensive exposure, students rotate through Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage departments, graduating with the confidence and experience to thrive in professional settings.
Learning at LIHS is holistic. In addition to classroom instruction, students benefit from:
